Unmanned Load/Unload & Docking

Dock-side LiDAR assists unmanned forklift load and unload—cargo space, truck pose, and obstacles from a third-person view.

Dock-side LiDAR measures vehicle pose, cargo space, and obstacles to provide the spatial data needed for unmanned load/unload and docking control.

Why docking is a measurement problem

Docking needs three things: where the truck sits and which way it faces, where the cargo should land, and what lies in between. Dock-side LiDAR measures all three and supplies the spatial data docking control needs.

Before full autonomy comes reducing the moments that need a person. Automating a high-frequency, fixed-route segment first is safer and lets you widen the scope once results are validated.
